The Realme GT master falls in place as a sequel to the standard Realme GT 5G. It settles in the upper mid-range category, as opposed to being a high-end like the former. This fact is also an indication that Realme may just be serving us with a cheaper device under the GT line-up.

Design and Display
Unlike the standard Realme GT 5G’s design, the GT master takes on a more subtle approach, which may appeal to enthusiasts who do not fancy flashy designs.
The key facilitator of this seamingly subtle look, is the absence of the GT sport accent on the rear. The iconic black toward strip is absent on the rear.
Depending on the colour option you went for, you will be getting either a gradient design or plain colour with texture lines.
Speaking of colours, the options available here Include Gray, White and Aurora.
On the front panel we have a setup that isn’t far fetched. What seems to be the difference here is the more conspicuous bezels on the top and bottom.
Aside from what was discussed in the above paragraph, both smartphones share the same 6.43-inch super AMOLED display with a punch hole camera on the top left position.
The highlights of this display includes a resolution of 1080 X 2400, a density of approximately 409 PPI and a 120Hz refresh rate.
The Cameras
The Realme GT Master reminisces the cameras on the standard GT 5G. The difference here is that we now have a higher-res selfie camera.
On the selfie side, we have a 32MP camera as opposed to the 16MP camera as seen on the former. This camera has an aperture of f/2.5 and is capable of shooting videos up to 1080p @ 30fps.
The cameras include a 64MP primary camera with an aperture of f/1.8, an 8MP ultrawide camera with a 119˚ field of view. Lastly, we have a 2MP macro camera with an aperture of f/2.4. recording on this setup is capped at 4k @ 30fps.
Hardware and Software
The transition from high-end to mid-range category is unarguably one of the key differences we have between the Realme GT master and the standard Realme GT.
On board this device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 5G processor with a 6nm architecture, as opposed to the Snapdragon 888 processor on the regular GT 5G.
What’s more, we have storage and RAM options that include 128GB 8GB RAM, 256GB 8GB RAM.
We also have a 4300mAh battery, which is slightly smaller than the 4500mAh battery on the former. Enthusiasts will also be served with a 65W fast charge mechanism.
On the software side, we have the Realme UI 2.0 user interface running on the Android 11 operating system.
Connectivity
The Realme GT master features, low-energy Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, a USB type-c port (2.0), and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Internet connectivity is capped at 5G, which means enthusiasts can utilize 5G connectivity for streaming, downloads, and uploads.
Realme GT Master Price and Availability
